Dwa dni później, 25 października do Ziemi zbliżył się meteoroid

Z kolei 29 października nastąpi bliski przelot meteoroidy o oznaczeniu
2019 US8. Maksymalne zbliżenie nastąpi tego dnia ok godziny 07:30 CET. Ten obiekt znajdzie się w minimalnej odległości około 192 tysięcy kilometrów, co odpowiada pół dystansu do Srebrnego Globu.

A newly discovered asteroid designated 2019 UB8 will fly by Earth at a distance of 0.50 LD / 0.00127 AU (189 989 km / 118 053 miles) at 06:30 UTC on October 29, 2019. This is the 58th known asteroid to flyby Earth within 1 lunar distance since the start of the year and the 9th this month.
2019 UB8 belongs to the Apollo group of asteroids. It was first observed at Mr. Lemmon Survey, Arizona on October 27, two days before its close approach to our planet.
Its estimated diameter is between 4 and 8.9 meters (13 - 29 feet).
The object flew past us at a speed (relative to the Earth) of 10.57 km/s.

Three new near-Earth asteroids designated 2019 UL3, 2019 UN8 and 2918 UO8, flew past Earth within 1 lunar distance on October 19, 23 and 25, respectively. All three of them were first observed at Mt. Lemmon Survey, Arizona. Their discovery pushed the total number of known <1 LD asteroids since the start of the year to 57. 58 if we include the yet to flyby 2019 UB8.
2019 UL32019 UL3 was first observed on October 22, three days after it made a close approach to our planet.
It belongs to the Apollo group of asteroids and has an estimated diameter between 6 and 13 m (19.7 - 42.6 feet).
The object flew past us at a speed (relative to the Earth) of 8.96 km/s at a distance of 0.77 LD / 0.00199 (297 599 km / 184 982 miles) at 22:23 UTC on October 19.
2019 UN8Apollo-class asteroid 2019 UN8 was first observed on October 25, two days after it made a close approach to our planet.
This object has an estimated diameter between 3.1 and 6.9 m (10.1 - 22.6 feet).
