telekomunikacyjnego ZhongXing-2D.

Pierwszy start w 2019 roku - CZ-3B / Credits- CNSADziesiątego stycznia odbył się pierwszy start rakiety orbitalnej w 2019 roku.
Do startu rakiety CZ-3B doszło 10 stycznia o godzinie 18:05 CET.
Duża ilość lotów to przede wszystkim wynik rakiet amerykańskich i chińskich – mniej rosyjskich.

China sends Zhongxing-2D satellite into space on a Long March-3B carrier rocket from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province at 1:11 a.m., Jan. 11, 2019. The satellite has entered the preset orbit. (Xinhua/Liang Keyan)XICHANG, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- China sent Zhongxing-2D satellite into space on a Long March-3B carrier rocket from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Sichuan Province at 1:11 a.m. Friday.
The satellite has entered the preset orbit.
The Chinese-made communication and broadcasting satellite will provide transmission service for the country's radio, television stations and cable television networks.
The Zhongxing-2D satellite and Long March-3B carrier rocket were developed and produced by the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.
This was the 298th mission of the Long March rocket series.

A Long March 3B rocket lifted off Thursday from the Xichang space center carrying the Zhongxing 2D, or Chinasat 2D, communications satellite. Credit: Xinhua(...) Chinese officials declared the launch a success.
The satellite will use its own propulsion to maneuver into a circular orbit nearly 22,300 miles (35,800 kilometers) over the equator in the next few weeks, where its velocity will keep pace with the Earth’s rotation, giving it a fixed geographic coverage zone.
China’s state-run Xinhua news agency said the Chinese-made Zhongxing 2D satellite “will provide transmission service for the country’s radio, television stations and cable television networks.”
Zhongxing 2D is likely based on the DFH-4 satellite design produced by the China Academy of Space Technology, another government-owned contractor in the Chinese space program. Thursday’s launch was not announced in advance, other than the release of warnings to pilots of an impending unspecified rocket launch, and no further details about the satellite’s design or mission were released. Zhongxing 2D joins previous communications satellites in the Zhongxing/Chinasat line that likely provide services to the Chinese military, and the craft launched Thursday could have a similar military mission.
