ZHANG Rongqiao: "Tianwen-3 Mars sample return & Tianwen-4 are very challenging. We expect 2/3 more years to make breakthroughs of the key technologies."
Both planned for 2030. The latter includes flybys of Venus, Earth before orbiting Jupiter & Callisto & a separate Uranus probe

Can this be viewed as confirmation that China is choosing Callisto over Io for Tianwen-4, or would you still view these slides as provisional?

Tianwen-4 has been approved by the government, so I see it as a confirmation
