“Her sister sent it hoping that this will continue to tell her story and inspire young people,” said Veronica Thomas, secretary/treasurer of the NASA museum.
The legacy of the STS-107 crew continues in the hearts of East Texans who refuse to let their sacrifice be forgotten.

#OTD 23 years ago, we experienced the unimaginable - the loss of Space Shuttle Columbia and its crew of 7 astronaut colleagues and friends. I still miss them terribly, not a day goes by that do not think about them. Was an honor to know each of them - a great group of heroes we should all try to emulate.
