I just visited Ukraine for the second time this year.While on the ground, I spoke with Ukrainian commanders and soldiers and got a window into what they need to beat Putin.Most importantly, I saw the continued resolve of the Ukrainian people. We stand with them.

Happy to report that @stationcdrkelly is on the mend after his 'spacewalker' shoulder surgery earlier this week. All went well, and he’s recovering like a champ. Keeping him still is the real challenge, but in three months, he'll have me chasing more to keep up with him again.
