27.09.1963 Jurij Aleksiejewicz Gagarin rozpoczął pobyt w Paryżu (pierwsza z 3. podróży do Francji) podczas którego był uczestnikiem
XIV IAC (International Astronautical Congress).
Jurij Gagarin, jak widać w załączom materiale, został przyjęty ze szczególnym entuzjazmem.

UK astronaut Tim Peake becomes an ESA Ambassador with the agency OTD in 2023. Peake a former Army helicopter test pilot was selected in 2009 & completed basic training the following year. In 2015/2016 he logged 185+days as FE on Soyuz TMA-19M & ISS EO46/47, completing 1 EVA.
