After a flight of 179+d, the DM of Soyuz TM-9 (serial #60) lands safely, OTD in 1990, 70km NE of Arkalyk, Kazakhstan. As the EO-6 resident crew, Cdr Anatoli Solovyov & FE Aleksandr Balandin had spent 177+d on board the Mir space station without receiving any visiting crews.
